2. What other states are considering redistricting reform?

On November 8th, 2005, Ohio joins California in voting on redistricting reform. Reformers in Florida are currently gathering signatures, and reformers in Massachusetts are also developing a proposal. The most recent reform effort approved by voters was Arizona's passage of Proposition 106 in 2000.
