What We Do
We shed light on the demographics and public opinions of the residents of Southern California and on the major public policy challenges confronting local governments in the region.

We do this through a certificate program that brings together a balanced faculty of public and private sector professionals and experienced academics who acquaint the attendees with: the fiscal structures of governments in California at all levels; the burdens to our transportation, water, housing and waste infrastructure brought about by the realities of burgeoning population; and with an overview of the rapid changes taking place in the way policy is made in the golden state.

We also familiarize the attendees with numerous public and private organizations and agencies whose activities contribute to the economic vitality of the southland and the state.
